Venmo Users
You can only pay via Venmo on your mobile device. Before your first booking, you'll need to go into the Venmo App Settings, find the Buying section and tap "Enable Mobile Web Purchase" or "Connect Browsers". You'll see the Venmo option AFTER you click the "Pay Now" button
Class Packs
You can use your purchased Class Pack by clicking on the "Redeem Class Pack or Coupon button". Enter either the code for the pack or the email address you purchased it it. Please note, do NOT use the Add-ons in combination with a class pack, it messes up the bookkeeping!
Check For Your Confirmation Email
Immediately after booking, please confirm that you have received the confirmation email. If you did not, please contact Support@LemonFromHeaven.com asap to check that your booking went through.
Late Bookings
Want to join a class, but it's already started so you can't book here? Just email us at Support@LemonFromHeaven.com and we'll get you in!
Rescheduling/Cancellation Policy
Bookings can be rescheduled up to 12 hours prior to the class start time. Bookings cannot be canceled.
