Welcome to The Studio in Downtown Hanford! We're thrilled to have you. Booking is fully online for your convenience. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required, but if you need to reschedule, you can apply it to a new date within three months. After that, a new deposit is required.
The remaining balance must be paid at least 48 hours before your scheduled reservation. A reminder will be sent for the final payment. No-shows without prior notice within 48 hours of the reservation will forfeit any payments made and will not be eligible for a refund.
Before Booking Your Appointment:
- Select Your Time Slot – Choose a time frame that includes setup and teardown, as there is no buffer time.
- Plan Accordingly – Ensure your chosen duration allows enough time for setup, shooting/event hosting, and breakdown.
- Complete Your Booking – Provide your contact details, payment, and any necessary information.
- Receive Confirmation – You will receive an email and/or text confirmation with all session details.
