Please read the following information carefully before you book.

£20 is required as booking fee ( any treatment lower than this is paid in full) to secure the booking it must be paid immediately. You may move an appointment once but i must be notified at least 48 hours beforehand, (this is non refundable)
Cancelling your appointment means you will lose your booking fee, a new one will be needed to rebook.Cancelling on the day, i will require you to pay the remaining cost of the appointment.
No shows the booking fee will be kept and I expect to be paid the remainder of treatment cost before I rebook any new services wit you.
I will hold your appointment for 10 minutes if you are running late, anything over that I will shorten your appointment but take full payment.
All eye services require a negative patch test at least 24 hours before the appointment, I will not refund any booking fees for appointments that do not meet requirements.
Please come to your lash extension appointment with clean lashes, lash baths incur an extra £5 charge.
If you have less than 25% of lashes remaining, I will remove, bathe and do a full set, an extra £10 cost will be added.
I rarely infill the work of others, but I can if the previous work is done to a high standard.
For an infill, you must have around 45% of lashes remaining.
Outside of hours appointments will incur an extra fee (unless it’s the holiday seasons or I need to change your appointment)

Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes early to your appointment, I have set time between clients for cleaning/setting up.
Come to your appointment alone.
Treatment dependant, no under 16s.
Cash, PayPal, strip and bank transfer are my payment methods.
