Looking to book a birthday party or field trip? You've come to the right place. We can't wait for you to come play at LCM!
Birthdays
Birthdays here are a mix of rejoicing in your private Celebration Room (cake, presents, food from Acorn) and exploring the museum. The good news is that play time is unlimited. We make birthdays AWESOME and EASY! The better news is that how you plan your big day is up to you!
Party Rates:- LCM Members (Family 2 or 3) $375 + sales tax
- Non-Members $450 + sales tax
- Double Room Members $750 + sales tax
- Double Room Non-members $900 + sales tax

*Reminder- Decorations, balloons, paper/plastic products, and outside food are not allowed for LCM parties. Memberships and MFA discounts cannot be used for birthday party admissions.

Field Trips
LCM field trips are a two-hour, self-guided tour of the museum. It is an experience that goes into four different exhibit galleries.
All payments are due upon final confirmation of your reservation or prior to admittance day of the field trip. If payment is made in advance, any excess funds will be refunded within two weeks of your visit. We accept cash, check, and credit cards.
Reservations are first come, first serve with a minimum requirement of 15 people. If your group exceeds 130 or more, please contact us at groupexperiences@lcm.org to schedule.
**YOU MUST RECEIVE A GROUP VISIT CONFIRMATION DOCUMENT FROM LCM IN ORDER FOR YOUR REGISTRATION TO BE COMPLETE**

After/Before Hours Private Party
Celebrate at LCM - Big Time! Celebrate any birthday or special occasion in a big way with a private after-hours party. You and your guests will have private access to the museum for 2 hours of play and party. Honor one birthday child or a few, as you throw the ultimate class party. You get the whole museum to yourself for the BIGGEST and BEST celebration!

Big Time Parties - Play with me (Children Under 3)
To have Play with Me open for your Big Time Party all children must be 3 years old and younger and you must email groupexperiences@lcm.org to request the space be opened and staffed for your event.
The times we offer for these bookings are Sunday from 9:00 am till 11:00 am and Saturday 5:00 pm till 7:00 pm.
Party Rates:
- Big Time Play
(up to 150 guests)- Members $1,500 + sales tax
- Non-Members $1,700 + sales tax
- Big Big Time
Play (up to 250 guests)- Members $2,200 + sales tax
- Non-Members $2,400 + sales tax

Birthday Cancellation policy:
We do not offer refunds on birthday parties. You can reschedule your party as long as your originally booked date is not less than two weeks away. In the event of an emergency closing, we will offer you the choice of receiving a refund or rescheduling your party.
Field Trip Cancellation policy:
Please contact our field trip coordinator as soon as possible by emailing GroupExperiences@lcm.org or calling (504)-266-2402. Field trips may be rescheduled or canceled up to two weeks prior to your scheduled date. If you are a no-call no-show or need to cancel after the two week window you will be charger our cancellation fee of $105.
