Kindly be aware that while you will receive a recording and a follow-up email of our suggestions, a written health summary is not provided.

This follow-up appointment is for a detailed assessment of your health summary, progress, and to evaluate any test results received. A detailed health summary may be provided if necessary, with a zoom recording.
