20-Minute Phone Consultations: All free consultations are by phone and up to a maximum of 20 minutes. By scheduling an appointment/consultation, you agree to be contacted regarding legal services.

1-Hour Initial Consultations: 1-hour consultations with the firm's attorney to review documents and consult prior to hiring our firm are available. Flat rate billing. Payment is required in advance. Flat rate refund policy: attorney time billed at hourly rates, rounded up to nearest 1/10 hours; unused portion of the advance fee is refunded by check, usually within 5 business days.
Mandatory Office Visits: Please plan to arrive 10 minutes early for your in-person meeting. All in-person meetings require an attorney-client agreement signed at your meeting or on file prior to engaging in legal services. ID cards are required for notary services.
Workshops: Spaces are limited. Seat deposits are required at booking. Seat deposits are refundable only if you show up to your scheduled workshop and will not otherwise be refunded or credited.
