A credit card number will be requested at the time of reservation for security reasons. Cancellation or modification within 72 hours except for the PMU & Microblading appointment who request a 10 days cancellation notice.
Not respecting this will result in a 50% charge on the credit card.
Late cancellations and ‘no show’ appointments cost us precious time and money, therefore Please understand that when you do not cancel or show up for an appointment or if we receive less than 72 hours or 10 days (PMU & microblading) notice of cancellation the 50% of the treatment cost will be charge or in prepayment case not be refunded.
