Package Expiration
- All packages purchased from Helios Wellness expire 1 year from the date of purchase.
- Unused sessions or services within the package cannot be redeemed after the expiration date.
Non-Refundable
- All sales of packages are final. Packages are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to personal schedule conflicts, relocation, or changes in personal circumstances.
Non-Transferable
- Packages are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual whose name is associated with the purchase.
- Sharing, gifting, or selling packages or individual sessions to others is strictly prohibited.
Scheduling and Cancellations
- Appointments for services within a package must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.
- Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must adhere to our cancellation policy, which requires [insert notice period, e.g., 24 hours] notice to avoid penalties.
