To book your appointment: choose your time zone as well as your preferred appointment date and time.

We are Available for In Person or Virtual Sessions 4 days per week, Tuesday-Friday. Emergency Sessions Can Only Be Scheduled on Weekday Evenings After 6pm or on Weekends.

Payment Policy
Full payment is required upon scheduling an appointment. The Relationship Loft, Inc. accepts all major credit/debit cards. We do not accept insurance.

Virtual or In-Person Cancellation Policies
The policy below refers to how we handle cancellations:

If circumstances require you to cancel a virtual or in-person appointment 7+ days from scheduled appointment date: Full Refund 4-6 days from the scheduled appointment date.

Partial Refund (50%) 0-3 Days from the scheduled appointment.

No Refund (No show or no written cancellation): The client will not be refunded if the client arrives more than 15 min late to the scheduled appointment or does not show up for the scheduled appointment.

In the event that the Relationship Loft cancels the appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, your appointment will be rescheduled for another time agreeable to all parties.

Please Note: Unless otherwise stated, virtual or in-person counseling sessions run for 60 or 120 minutes.

*Please allow up to 15 minutes for virtual or in-person sessions to begin. You will still receive your full 60 minutes as scheduled, even if sessions begin up to 15 min later than scheduled.
