Booking Essentials:
When scheduling your session, kindly provide complete and accurate information, including your first and last name, and take a moment to answer the contraindication questions for every appointment. This helps us tailor your treatments to your unique needs, which may evolve over time.
Appointments vs. New Bookings:
If you’ve already purchased a package, booking an appointment is simple and ensures you’re maximizing the benefits of your plan. For clients seeking a new solo service appointments—such as a Solo Suite any of the Solo Suites—a deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. This ensures we can provide the highest level of preparation and care for your session.
Cancellations & Rescheduling:
Changes to your booking are best made at least 24 hours before your appointment. We value open communication, so if unforeseen circumstances arise, don’t hesitate to reach out to your technician directly.
Punctuality & Grace Period:
We offer a 15-minute grace period to accommodate life’s little surprises. However, if you’re running late, let us know as soon as possible, and remember—there’s no need to rush! The area has strict traffic regulations, so take your time to arrive safely and stress-free.
No-Call, No-Show Policy:
To respect everyone’s time, we kindly ask that all cancellations are communicated in advance. A no-call, no-show may result in the loss of your package appointments.
