Initial Consultations
- Health Summaries or GP/Specialist Referrals are required for a list of diagnoses and medications. If you do not have one on hand, we will send a request to your GP clinic on your behalf.
- In some cases, we may require a GP or specialist referral before proceeding with the treatment plan. If you are under 25 years old, we will require a Health Summary prior to any treatment plan prescribed.
- We do not prescribe THC containing products in patients with a history of Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia or unstable mental health disorders.
Follow up/Review
For continuity of care, please book with the same doctor as best as possible.
