Services are offered to women, men, and children over the age of 12.
NO additional persons allowed if they are not receiving services.
All children until 18 receiving services must be accompanied by an adult.

Services rendered start and end at the time of your scheduled appointment, whether you are on-time or late.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment for a skin assessment.
