Welcome to you Elko En Pointe Adult Classes Membership 6 month membership. The first payment is $200 and then after that it is $100 a month for no less than 6 months but for as long after as you'd like.
Please read this through thoroughly so you understand how the membership works!

Please sign up to any classes you are planning on taking each month, as early as possible. By law, we can only have so many bodies in one room, and our instructors need to know the headcount for each class so we can make sure you have registered, signed your waiver, and plan for the class appropriately. This way we can ensure the classes are never too full and as comfortable as possible for everyone!

We have 11 different dance classes and 4 different exercise classes! Please pay attention if you are signing up for AM or PM classes.

You can, up to 24 hours before a class, use the scheduler to unenroll from one class and sign in to another.

There will be a 3 strike rule - if you sign up for 3 classes and fail to attend those classes, you will forfeit your membership or opportunity to drop in, with no refunds given. If you are more then 15 minutes late, the class is then closed, and you cannot join and/or the instructor will leave. We only offer a very limited number of memberships and a limited number of spots in each class and its unfair not only to the instructors but another member who might have really wanted to take the class or someone waiting to be able to sign up for their membership. No exceptions. We understand emergencies happen and this is why you get 3 of them.

If you are wanting to cancel your membership you must give us a 30 day notice. If you are charged due to lack of notice, there are no refunds. No exceptions. If you need to cancel your drop in spot, this must be done with no less than 24hrs or no refund. No exceptions.

Here at Elko En Pointe we are committed to providing educational dance classes while keeping you safe in a fun and exciting but disciplined environment. In order for us to provide this type of environment for you, we ask that all families read and agree to our Code of Conduct. It takes everyone to create the positive dance experience for all.

Dress Code: we require that everyone comes dressed in appropriate clothing that they are comfortable spinning, flipping, and running around in. For example a leotard with shorts or leggings is a great choice for any of the classes we offer. Each dancer is also required to wear the correct shoes for each class. We also ask that you never wear your dance shoes outside as this can ruin our dance floors. AND NO OUTSIDE SHOES IN THE STUDIOS. EVER. If you do not have the appropriate shoes, you can wear your socks or go barefoot till you can get them.

Class Expectations: Arrive a few minutes early for your classes so you are ready to head into your class on time. Do not leave studio hallway a mess - put your shoe and bags in the cubbies and hang up your jackets. Do not leave your trash. Outside shoes are prohibited at any time inside of the dance studios. Maintain a positive attitude and come ready to learn and have fun. Absolutely NO social "cliques" will be allowed. Everyone in Elko En Pointe is welcome and we are all friends when we walk through the doors. Leave any outside drama outside. Always give 100% of your effort and heart. Water bottles are allowed in class with clear WATER only. No colored drinks of any kind. Respect everyone's personal space and personal belongings. Never turn things up, down, on, or off in the studio without permission.

We expect parents to lead by example. If your children are younger please help them get their belongings into the cubbies and shoes on quickly so dance instructors are not waiting on you to start class. Maintain a positive attitude and give uplifting feed back whenever you can. NO PETS in Elko En Pointe.

Open Gym Rules:

Open gym classes are an extra $10/child/month!
Example: 2 children = $20/month (NOT PER CLASS)
Please make sure you purchase this membership, as well, if you are planning on utilizing it! Otherwise, a teacher may not be there if we do not have a head count.

You MUST sign a waiver before you and/or your children can attend any of our classes.

Tuesday 12pm - Adult Tap

Our Monday through Thursday evening classes do not have space for open gym at this time.

Here at Elko En Pointe we are committed to providing educational dance classes while keep your children safe in a fun and exciting but disciplined environment. In order for us to provide this type of environment for your children, we ask that all families read and agree to our Code of Conduct. It takes everyone...students, instructors, and parents to create the positive dance experience for all.

STUDENTS

Dress Code: children should be dressed in appropriate clothing that they are comfortable spinning, flipping, and running around in. For example a leotard with shorts or leggings is a great choice for our open gym. Each child is also required to wear the correct shoes for each class. We also ask that you never wear your outside shoes in our studio as this can ruin our dance floors. If your child does not have inside shoes, socks or bare feet are acceptable. You must also have a waiver filled out for your child before they can participate.

Open Gym Expectations: Arrive a few minutes early for your classes so you are ready to head into your class on time. Do not leave studio hallway a mess - put your children's shoes and bags in the cubbies and hang up their jackets. Outside shoes are prohibited at any time inside of the dance studios. No foul language will be tolerated at any time and you will be asked to leave the classroom. We will have a three warning policy. After the third warning your child will be asked to sit down by themselves till class is over. If your child is biting, hitting, or kicking others and happens three different times your child will not be allowed back. Water bottles are allowed in class with clear WATER only. No colored drinks of any kind. If your child has a fever or 99.9 or higher they are not to return to class until 24hrs clear of symptoms.

PARENTS

We expect parents to lead by example. If your children are younger please help them get their belongings into the cubbies and shoes on quickly so dance instructors are not waiting on you to start class. If your child is not potty trained and needs their diaper changed you will be expected to leave class and change them. Maintain a positive attitude and give uplifting feed back whenever you can. No foul language from the parents will be tolerated. NO PETS in Elko En Pointe. At the end of the day your children and their conduct is your responsibility so please make sure you go over how to behave during their time here.


We have a 24 hour cool off rule - if you are angry or frustrated at an instructor, student, or the receptionist we will speak with you in 24 hours after you and the other party has had time to cool off.

Alterations to the code of conduct can happen at anytime without notice - please refer to the website to see updated code of conduct.
