  1. Please create an account password after scheduling an appointment. This will save you time online with your next appointment!
  2. Visiting us for the first time? Please complete the pitcher profile on the next screen and arrive 30 minutes early to your first appointment. Returning pitchers are encouraged to set up a profile as well and to arrive at least 15 minutes beforehand. Responses can be updated at any time.
  3. Pitchers traveling more than one hour to our location are encouraged to schedule back to back appointment slots. Pitchers traveling from out of town (see our travel recommendations) are encouraged to schedule three sessions across 2 to 3 days.
  4. To book back-to-back lessons, select the first time and then click Recurring... followed by Choose Additional Time.
  5. If necessary, appointments can be rescheduled online if done outside of 4 days. Cancellations made within 4 days (e.g. due to illness) must be done manually via phone or email and may be subject to a fee equal to the cost of the lesson.
  6. No shows will be charged to a credit card on file a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the lesson.
  7. Payment due in full by end of appointment. Cash or Venmo preferred. Online credit card payments, if offered by the instructor, reflect an additional processing fee per lesson.
  8. Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment time to warm up.
  9. Bring a catcher, two gloves, ball, notebook, video recording device, and lots of enthusiasm for learning!
  10. For pitching clinics, simply select the available date (if offered).
