We know that occasional scheduling changes may arise, however, a cancelation fee does apply if Artist needs to cancel or re-schedule a session within 24 hours of session start time.

** IF BOOKING A PODCAST... Each booking includes one complimentary hour for setup, which will extend your paid session time by an additional hour. This setup period allows the videographer to arrange the Host's and Guest's lighting, camera angles, and microphone positions; prepare the set; and handle any necessary adjustments like zoom or teleprompter setup.

The Host and Guests should arrive at the designated time to facilitate this process. Please note that any setup time exceeding one hour, or any overtime incurred during the session, will be billed in 15 minute increments. We reserve the right to withhold delivering any content to client until any overtime charges are paid in full.
