If you're a first time client, shortly after booking, you will be emailed a consultation form for completion before your appointment, this reduces the time taken up during the appointment - meaning a Standard 45 minute appointment should be sufficient for most clients.

Our Terms which you agree to by booking:

  • Payment in full is required at time of booking and is non refundable, however the appointment can be rescheduled as below.
  • The appointment may be rescheduled twice by you using the link in your confirmation email
  • No changes can be made to an appointment less than 24 hours from your appointment time
  • No shows will result in loss of all monies paid and your appointment being voided and not rescheduled.
