One applicant per time slot. Th applicant information/fingerprint request section must reflect the name of the applicant. This information is printed on the fingerprint cards and/or FBI submission forms.
How far in advance can I book? We allow bookings up to 14 days in advance.
Do you have weekend hours? Weekend appointments are only available at our Bellevue location.
The rolling fee includes the 1st card. If you need your fingerprints rolled on additional fingerprint cards, you need to select the appropriate number of additional cards from the "add to your appointment" selections. This allows our technicians to reserve enough time to complete all of your fingerprint cards.
The rates for services booked online are discounted from our in-office/walk-in rates: You must book your service online to receive the rates published online.
Bring your own fingerprint card/form(s) or use ours - We can provide blank FD-258, FD-1164 and FD-258 cards with pre-filled ORI information for OSPI, ATF(FFL/NFA) fingerprint cards. We can also fingerprint you any form your provide. You must provide your own form for slap print only and thumb print only requests.

Are these ink & roll or livescan fingerprints? Ink & roll and livescan are both methods of rolling your fingerprints. We can capture your fingerprints using the ink and roll method or digitally capture them using livescan. Digitally captured fingerprints printed in hardcopy format are interchangeable with ink and roll fingerprints. All ink and roll and digitally captured hardcopy fingerprints are printed on the FBI FD-258 for FD-1164 fingerprint card. Your fingerprint card(s) will be returned to you unless you specifically select a livescan submission option (24 FBI report via channeler, FINRA w/ livescan submission, or FDLE w/ livescan submission) or mailed submission option.
Our livescan fingerprints can only be transmitted to FINRA, FDLE (Florida Department of Law Enforcement) for level II checks (usually employment purposes), to the FBI (via an approved channeler) to obtain your personal FBI report, downloaded as an EFT file (for ATF eForms only), or printed on a fingerprint card-We do not transmit livescan fingerprints to any other states or agencies. If you are pursuing a background check for another state that requires livescan for in-state applicants, you will need to contact the requesting agency for out-of-state applicant submission instructions. Generally, you are not able to submit electronic (livescan) fingerprints to an agency in another state (e.g., AZ, CA, OH, MD, TX). These generally require ink fingerprints or the hardcopy of your electronically rolled fingerprints that are mailed to an agency in that state to be digitized locally.
To reschedule or cancel an appointment, notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment start time. Same day appointments are available but are non-refundable.
**You must complete the entire intake process and payment at least 1 hour before your desired appointment time or the transaction will not be able to process. You card will only be charged for completed transactions but incomplete transactions will appear as holds on your card that will fall off according to your bank's policies.***
