If you are looking to learn Brazilian Jiu jitsu (BJJ), but don’t feel comfortable training in a large group setting or you already practice BJJ and are looking to improve your game, our instructors will work with you (one-on-one or with your small group) to develop skills and techniques appropriate to your goals and experience.

Learn proper principles, fundamentals, and techniques for using a pistol effectively in a fight. The focus will be simplicity and efficiency. Instruction will be tailored to skill level, and may include topics such as grip, stance, drawstroke, reloads, malfunctions, etc.

Most deadly force encounters involve (or should involve) movement. Advanced Defensive Pistol shifts from static skill development to dynamic skills application. For obvious reasons, these lessons can only be offered when the range is closed to members and guests (either outside of normal hours or when you or your group have rented the range).

Bad things typically happen at night… but very little training time is dedicated to fighting in low-light conditions. Low-light pistol training is a critical step in the right direction. We'll teach simple, proven techniques for searching, identifying, and shooting with a pistol and a handheld and/ or weapon-mounted flashlight.

We have worked with many, many FLETC students (and officers from Federal, state, and local agencies) to help them perform better on their qualification. We've had tremendous success. WE DO NOT JUST SHOOT YOUR QUAL OVER AND OVER. WE DO NOT 'GAME' THE QUAL. We will provide technical instruction and coaching in several specific areas that provide the most 'bang-for-buck' in terms of scores. Note that instructors that teach these lessons are world-class, credentialed law enforcement firearms instructors.

The AR-15 style rifle is one of the best options available for home defense. It's also one of the most widely-owned guns in America. Just owning one isn't enough, though. Come learn how to maximize it's capabilities from instructors who have taught at the highest level. We can cover anything from rifle set-up to intermediate shooting fundamentals and techniques.

Considering the fact that most violent encounters happen at night, if you have a rifle for defensive purposes you should: 1) have a weapon-mounted light on the rifle and 2) know how to use the light and the rifle together. We'll teach simple, proven techniques to move, search, identify/ assess, and engage with a rifle in the dark.
