A complete eye exam involves assessment of visual acuity, determination of a glasses prescription, and ocular health assessment. An eye exam is recommended every year much like a visit to your family doctor. This service does not include a contact lens evaluation.

OHIP examination for individuals 19 and under every 12 months. Please provide your 10 Digit Ontario health card number and 2 letter version code. Health card information must be provided before your examination. Expired health cards will need to be renewed before arrival to the clinic.
