A thorough, Comprehensive Eye Examination conducted by an independent, licensed Doctor of Optometry. This service includes a refraction for glasses and a thorough ocular health evaluation. This service does not include a contact lens evaluation.

Please note that Dr recommended Retinal Imaging is not covered under OHIP and you will be responsible for the $55 payment.
OHIP examination for individuals 65+ every 18 months. Please provide your 10 Digit Ontario health card number and 2 letter version code. Health card information must be provided before your examination. Expired health cards will need to be renewed before arrival to the clinic.

This service does not include a contact lens evaluation.

This service is intended for new or current contact lens wearers. This service includes a pair of trials, proper hygiene education, Insertion and Removal training and subsequent follow ups and assistance.
