We have found that making a commitment to a 6 session package makes a huge difference to the progress parents can make towards identifiying clear conscious hopes, goals and making an actual plan. A plan may include making a clear decision and following through, it may be a plan to make different daily decisions. Either way, that plan always is to continue to do the work needed to move towards a healthy relationship. Trust is built over time, not overnight. This commitment to yourself and your family also includes additional support between sessions during times of peak decision making by parents. These "touch bases" will be determined by coach and client on an individual, as needed basis.

Welcome!! All new clients are invited to make a commitment to 6 Sessions before continuing to work together for a longer time. Change takes time.
