Please Note: We do require all bookings to be completed online and we will not be able to make your reservations over the phone. Full payment is also required at the time of booking.

Our refund policy is simple; if you need to cancel your party or change the date, we DON'T charge you a fee. Just click the link on your confirmation email and you're set. No awkward phone calls or long explanations are needed. We understand life happens.
