New Scheduling Procedures

Payment is required when making your booking, and all prices now are inclusive of any taxes and fees (if any)

If you are unable to make payment at the time of your booking, please send me an email at lovtbookings@gmail.com to discuss payment for a later date, please don't be shy. Events and after hour bookings (anything after 10:00pm) please email directly and I can make the appointment for you, there is a premium for these bookings.

There are significant price per hour breaks starting at 4 hours and then again at 8 hours.

There is a minimum 2 hours per booking

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations/Rebooking are for studio credit only, no refunds.
  • Bookings cancelled/rescheduled within 7 days of start date are subject to a 50% rebooking fee
  • Bookings cancelled/rescheduled within 48 hours of start time are forfeit and the booking cost can not be used towards another date

Covid-19 Exceptions

  • If the local guidelines no longer permit the studio to operate as a business, your booking will be refunded or rescheduled based on your preference.
  • If your team/shoot has to cancel because of Covid-19 but the studio is allowed to legally operate, no special treatment/exceptions will be applied. Unfortunately this would be too risky and for the detriment of the business. The rebooking/cancellation rules as stated above apply the same in this case.
