A mobile collection appointment can include any/all of the following:
· Routine or fasting blood work
· Urine collection

*For 24-hour urine and stool, please use the Specimen Transport Service or add-on to your appointment in the next step.
*Add additional people to your appointment for only $30 (in the next step).

Pick up patient specimens and deliver them to the testing facility. This is for transport only and does not include collection. The specimen must be ready for pick up.
