Welcome to the wonderful world of Reiki! Reiki level one training will be for two days over the weekend from 10:30 am until about 6 pm. The first day is the group healing, history, and the attunement. The second day is largely practice. It will be a small group class in Manhattan. You will leave with reading materials, a personalized certificate, a new skillset, and new friends. You will learn the first level of Reiki and will able to perform Reiki on yourself, objects, and others. Wear comfortable clothing. Bring a journal bring and an open mind and heart.
