We provide free HIV and STI prevention services and will refer you to medical professionals for treatment and ongoing care.

As of November 18, 2024, Seattle's LGBTQ+ Center will no longer be offering anonymous STI Testing. In accordance with Washington State Department of Health regulatory guidelines, all STI testing will be conducted confidentially.

Include a rapid HIV test, testing for Chlamydia and Gonorrhea, a blood draw for confirmatory HIV, HCV, and Syphilis testing, PrEP education and payment assistance planning. Your PrEP Navigator will support you in scheduling an entry PrEP Appointment with our on-site partner pharmacy Kelley Ross.

PrEP Navigation appointments include PrEP education, PrEP payment assistance planning, and resource referral. YOU WILL NOT GET PrEP IN THIS APPOINTMENT.

HIV/STI testing is available at Club Z on Fridays between the hours of 3PM-9PM. There is no cost for entry if you are doing testing. But you must be a cisgender male to enter with an ID and proof of covid vaccinations. Entrance fees will apply to enjoy the club before or after your appointment.
