• Deposits are non-refundable. Please take that into consideration when booking your appointment.
• Rescheduling your appointment: This means that you need to find a new date or time for your appointment. You can do this and retain your deposit on file up until 48hrs before your scheduled appointment. Just use the reschedule button in your confirmation email or call the studio.
• Canceling your appointment: This means you have no intention of rebooking your appointment and you will lose your deposit. To proceed with canceling your appointment, click the cancel button in your confirmation email or call the studio.
