Based on the Classical Pilates Mat exercises, this high intensity, low impact Pilates fitness class also includes yoga style flows and barre exercises to tone and strengthen the entire body! Practiced in our "White Room" with infrared heat and chromotherapy, Hot Pilates is a challenging workout that will fire up the core, increase flexibility, and build overall body strength.
Taught with infrared heat and light therapy.
