Coaching Session - Standard

Our Standard Coaching sessions are offered to existing clients, working with dogs that are already evaluated by our staff.

If you're a returning client with a dog we've not with in <3mo please be sure to reach out before purchasing.

Extended Coaching Session

1 hour 20 minutes @ A$279.00

Our Extended Coaching Sessions are ideal for existing CSI clients that need a little more time during their session to ask more questions, or for those seeking a little more coaching time in relation to complex situations or topics.

These sessions are also the ideal starting point for folks with a puppy, working within one of our training packages.

Enhanced Review Service

30 minutes @ A$59.00

Only $59 - Normally $127

Exclusively available to our active group learning members at a highly discounted price.

Submit <7min of video (up to 3 videos) of any work being covered in the group learning work you're participating in. We'll review the footage during a quieter work period and provide coaching and commentary on that footage for you.

It's a great way to get direct feedback and avoid developing bad habits, and to know you're staying on track.

Enhanced Coaching Session

30 minutes @ A$79.00

Only $79 - Normally $127

Delivered in a 1:1 coaching format, exclusively available to our active group learning members at a highly discounted price.

Perfect suited for over a speed hump, keeping momentum in your training, modifications or personalisation of class content, or helping you bring together multiple concepts in a way that's targeted to best suit you and your dog.

Not suitable for behavioural issues or non-class related consultation/coaching.

In-Home Consulting & Coaching

1 hour 20 minutes @ A$459.00

In-home coaching and behavioural consults are best suited to folks that are dealing with training and/or behaviour issues specific to their home environment.

If you're a first time CSI client our first time meeting you and your dog will be evaluative in nature, as opposed to being focussed on training specific behaviours.

Travel time beyond 45min travel from CSI HQ will attract a $2 per km surcharge payable upon commencement, or be deducted from allotted session time.

Priority Call-out

1 hour 30 minutes @ A$750.00

This is a priority service primarily intended for dealing with critical situations at your location, and outside of our normal operating hours.

An example of this would be aggression towards a family member, dogs fighting within the home, or other matters the client considers serious in nature.

Up to 45 minutes of travel time to your location is included from our offices in Boronia, VIC 3155. If further travel is required please purchase the Travel Time add-on at time of booking.

Online/Phone Coaching & Consulting - Extended Session

1 hour 20 minutes @ A$279.00

This service is available for established CSI clients only, and may be an appointment type included in your valid CSI training package.

Online/Phone Coaching & Consulting - Standard Session

50 minutes @ A$197.00

25 minutes @ A$107.00

Evaluative Consult - Online/Phone

1 hour @ A$259.00

During this booking we'll get to know each other, our staff will get to know you and your dog, and get a detailed understanding of the unique situation that brings you to working with CSI.

Together we'll work to put together some realistic goals, set milestones, and form an 'Action Plan' to get you moving towards realising your training goals with your dog.
