A festive 90 minute class for you and your baby. Enjoy a relaxing christmas combination of mum and baby yoga, festive themed baby massage, sensory, and a twinkle light guided relaxation to finish.
This session is just as much for you as mum allowing you to slow down, relax, unwind and ease out and aches, pains and worries leading up to the christmas period.
There will also be time for cute christmas photo opportunities and my first christmas craft keepsakes. Or simply sit and enjoy a festive refreshmen

Time for dad & baby to bond as dads learn simple baby massage techniques they can use as part of bed time routine.
Dads can struggle to bond, or find ways to help with babies at home, so this workshop is ideal. It also doubles up to give the men a safe space to chat to other dads and make ‘dad friends’
Meanwhile mums can sit in the room next door and enjoy a brew and cake in peace whilst having a natter with other mums (or disappear off for an hour and do your own thing).
