Shine Meditation Clients
Booking your spot in one of Shine Meditation's sessions constitutes agreement with the following terms and conditions:
- No refunds given from 7 days before the start of a meditation session online or in person. (if there is an unexpected emergency/crisis please contact Jacqui as there may be exceptions at her discretion)
- Credit or catch up sessions will only be given for missed sessions IF you have notified Jacqui at least 24 hours before the session. Every attempt will be made to record the live zoom meditations to be made available to paid participants, in lieu of credit or catch up sessions.
- If the minimum number of participants is not reached and/or the meditation is cancelled by Jacqui for any reason, you will receive a full refund or credit.
ACMM Students - Coaching Calls
Please note all ACMM sessions are automatically conducted via Zoom and missed call fees apply as per your enrolment. Please email Jacqui to cancel or reschedule your session no later than 24 hours before your appointment to avoid any additional charges.
