The following information will help you understand what to expect with regard to doing business.
Credit Card Statement
- *Be aware that our business is legally named BlissFire Media, LLC, and that will reflect on your credit card statement, which may also show "ANGIEATKINSON" or "ANGIEATKINS"
Trouble finding a time?
- *If you have trouble finding a time, please reach out to your coach directly, or to our team at QueenBeeingTeam@gmail.com. They will ensure you get a time that works for you.
Packages, Appointment Fees, and Scheduling Policy
- *Because our schedules are quite full, we expect you to be available for sessions purchased and scheduled. Of course, we understand that things happen, so we have some flexibility.
- *However, package and session fees are NON-REFUNDABLE, but you may end your relationship with us at the end of any session or package.
- *Everyone has unexpected things coming up here and there, especially when you're going through narcissistic abuse recovery. So, we do allow for rescheduled appointments. But please note: if you need to reschedule, please ensure that you do so within 48 hours of the session to avoid the $25 reschedule fee.
- *Often, we have clients looking for same-day or next-day appointments, and we do try to squeeze them in wherever possible; so if you cannot make an appointment, please contact our office asap so we can offer your session time to someone who needs it.
- *90-DAYS - Purchased sessions and packages must be used within 90 days or session fees will be forfeited and you'll need to purchase a new package.
