Amiyah Laser SPA
Amiyah Laser Spa Client Policy.
1. Appointments and Cancellations
All appointments require a $25 deposit to secure your booking.
Clients must arrive on time for their scheduled treatments.
If a client arrives more than 10 minutes late, the delay will be deducted from their session.
2.Clients arriving over 10 minutes late may:
a) Wait until the next available slot (if any), or
b) Reschedule with a new deposit.
Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
2. Refunds and Payments
All deposits and payments for services are non-refundable.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Treatment Policies
Clients must complete a consultation form before receiving any treatments.
Some treatments may require multiple sessions to achieve optimal results.
4.Age Restrictions
Clients must be at least 18 years old to receive laser hair removal and advanced skincare treatments.
Clients under 18 require written parental consent for certain services.
6. Health Conditions
Clients with medical conditions (e.g., pregnancy, skin disorders, or allergies) must inform staff prior to treatment.
The spa reserves the right to decline services if a treatment is deemed unsafe.
7. Liability Waiver
Amiyah Laser Spa is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged belongings.
Amiyah Laser Spa is not liable for any reactions, burns, or skin irritations resulting from pre-existing conditions or failure to follow aftercare instructions.
Clients must follow all pre- and post-treatment care guidelines provided by staff.
8. Promotions and Discounts
Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
All promotional services must be used within the specified timeframe.
9. Privacy Policy
All client information is confidential and will not be shared with third parties.
By providing contact details, clients consent to receive spa promotions and appointment reminders.
10. Code of Conduct
Respectful behavior is expected at all times.
Offensive language and disrespectful behavior toward staff or other clients will not be tolerated.
Amiyah Laser Spa has a zero-tolerance policy for racism, discrimination, or harassment.
Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in refusal of service.
11. Right to Refuse Service
Amiyah Laser Spa reserves the right to refuse service to any individual due to inappropriate behavior, failure to comply with policies, or health-related concerns.
