You are allowed to reschedule the photoshoot up to 1 week (168 hours) before the original time of shoot via Acuity scheduling by clicking on ‘Change Appointment’ via the initial confirmation email. Afterwhich, you are unable to reschdule due to opportunity cost and the deposit shall be forfeited. Surcharges may apply to weekends, eve of holidays and holidays. For Photoshoots: All humans, including babies & toddlers are counted as 1 pax. For families with toddlers or kids < 5 years old, please opt for a longer session or there may not be sufficient time for your kid to warm up. You can opt for the mini/half session if you are very confident your child does not need time to warm up. This is to ensure the photos returned to you will be of quality.
