- Deposits are non-refundable (If appointment is cancelled on our behalf deposit is refunded)
- Deposit are required to book an appointment and will also go towards your booked appointment balance.
- Payment is due prior service
- Please book consultation if you have any questions regarding your hair color, length, texture etc.
- Remaining Balance is due in CASH.
- Hair is included for some styles.
- Hair must be clean and free of any oils or products and blown out straight. (Failure to show up prepared will result in additional fee for wash and/ or blow out
- Cancellation or rescheduling must be done 24hrs before your schedule appointment.
- There is a 15 min grace period allowed for any issues with showing up to your appointment at scheduled time.
- We sale braiding hair and hair products
- Brand we use ( if client wants to use their own hair): Freetress per-stretch, Cuban twist from equal (kinky hair), Expression 3X per-stretch 42, 52 inches , African collection expression braiding hair 86 inches.
