Upon successful scheduling you will receive a email confirmation to the email address you provide.
PAYMENTS: Non-VIP clients must pay at the time of service using one of the following methods: cash, Venmo (iCoachHitting), Zelle (Aaron Hall at 614-778-6760), or PayPal (@iCoachHitting).
EMAIL CONFIRMATION: After scheduling a lesson, you will receive a 48-HR confirmation email at the address you provided.
CONTACT INFORMATION: It is essential to provide accurate email and cell phone numbers for any last-minute schedule changes.
RESCHEDULING POLICY: A 48-hour notice will be sent for rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance require contacting Coach Aaron at 614-778-6760 and will incur full charges. Repeated offenders may be prohibited from future scheduling.
LOCATION(S): Lessons will generally take place indoors at Glen’s Sports Barn (11283 Fancher Road, Westerville, OH). For outdoor lessons, typically held at Wexner Park (5101 Swickard Woods Blvd, New Albany, OH), a text will be sent if weather permits.
ONFORM: This is a free video analysis and coaching tool that facilitates feedback and communication with Coach Aaron. Parents will receive an invite via text.
ACUITY SCHEDULING APP: This free app allows for easy online booking and rescheduling of lessons.
VIP CHANGES: The VIP list will be reduced to ensure a smaller number of clients. VIP membership costs $40 plus three lessons at $45 each, totaling $175 monthly, due on the 27th-28th. To be added to the waiting list for VIP status, clients should text Coach Aaron.
PACKAGES: At this time we will no longer be selling packages. All previously purchased packages will be honored until the package is exhausted. This includes those VIP clients. Those VIPS will still be required to pay their $40 membership fee.
