Nutrition and Herb Ayurveda Consultation Package$475.00
Includes pre-assessment based on information contained in forms and go-forward plan. Areas Covered: *Session 1 focuses on the information you sent me, plus any additional information gathering we need to do before getting started. If I receive your dosha test results back before we talk, I'll send some info over for us to cover in that first meeting. *Session 2 focuses on how to achieve the best diet for you (which isn't always aligned with how you have been eating) and how to implement it. There will be other discussions around diet, including water consumption and more. Recommendations for herbal supplements will also be made here. *Session 3 focuses on how it's going and what, if anything we need to tweak. Exercise will be discussed and implemented here, along with sleeping and waking cycles based on your dosha, and other things such as dry brushing and other bath-time routines. *Session 4 occurs four weeks after the 3rd meeting to check in and see how it's working out for you and your progress and again, to see if there's anything that we need to tweak. Package expires 12 months after purchase.
