The "Inside>Out Method Method for Whole-Life Health" is an inspiring, action-focused, thought-provoking, 4-week online group program with the mission to:
- Get you out of the rut so you can get back to having the regular, daily energy you need to take care of your whole-life health AND all those important people and things in life that depend on you being at your best.
- Helping you go from stuck and unmotivated to taking simple, everyday actions toward looking AND feeling better about yourself so you feel comfortable in your own skin and confident in your daily life, your career, and with those you love.
When you register for this 4-week online program you'll get:
> one weekly online group class (about an hour and 15 minutes) > a printable, follow-along workbook > a fully-supported private Facebook group> the option to include a 1:1 30-minute coaching session with me so we can speak more specifically to your challenges and goals
