Our goal is to provide you the best service. To ensure your arrival, we require prepay or a voucher number from Groupon, Living social or any other similar company.
By booking your appointment you agree with all our policies, including the appropriate behavior policy; which includes the right to terminate service due to improper behavior or possible threat to the therapist's safety, and dignity. Disrespect and improper behavior are not tolerated.
Once you book your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email, an email two weeks before your booking, another email 48 hours before your appointment and a text message the day of your appointment. Please contact us immediately if you are missing any emails. If rescheduling is allowed for your appointment type, you will be able to reschedule your appointment by following the link in any of the e-mails. Please be aware that some locations handle different promotions and promotional appointments have different rescheduling/canceling policies. Check the appointment type and contact the right location for questions or concerns. Below you will find the most common rescheduling policies in most of our location and affiliates.
24 Hours cancellation policy
Wellness and Skin Care Clinic and most associates has a 24-hour cancellation/rescheduling policy. Please check your location for further policies.
If you miss your appointment, you are more than 15 min late, cancel, or change your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the original* price of the service. In case you have a voucher from a company different from wellness and skincare clinic, Groupon, Living Social or any other, we will completely redeem your voucher or you will be charged 50% of the original price of the appointment to reschedule your voucher.
If you need to cancel your appointment or make changes to your appointment, you need to follow the link on your email before 24 hours of your appointment; alternatively, you can notify us by sending an email to the correct location. Voice messages ARE NOT a good way to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made 24 hours before the appointment time will receive credit in the form of voucher/ gift certificate towards any other service. NO CASH/CREDIT CARD REFUNDS.
In case of inclement weather, please check your appointment location for instructions and polices. Greenville Wellness and Skin Care locatio will follow Greenville school district decisions. For example, If schools are on 1 hour delay, and you have an appointment at 8:30 am, we will reschedule your appointment to the earliest time available and we will continue with our 9:45 am appointment.If your appointment is rescheduled by the office, you will receive an open-rescheduling confirmation email, you can follow the link on your email to select a more suitable time, in case the one assigned is not convenient.
Announcements on closings and delays will be posted on your appointment location's website, if information is available. It will also be posted on our general Facebook page.
For Groupon, Living Social or any other voucher outside Wellness and Skin Care Clinic website, once you have booked/redeemed your voucher, Redemption cannot be undone and we DO NOT refund Vouchers. If you need a refund for a non-redeemed voucher, Please contact the company who sold the voucher.
Greenville Office, August 2018. Due to an increased number of clients rescheduling Groupon and Living Social appointments month after month, we are not allowing rescheduling events; this measure is out of respect to other Groupon and Living Social customers who are not allowed to book their appointments on those slots. If you cannot meet the appointment time and you send an email or text letting us know before 24 hours of your appointment, as a courtesy, we are offering to book another appointment at a discount price. Please keep in mind that we do not reschedule Groupon, Living Social, and Last-minute appointments. Please contact us if you are interested in this option.
If you have a voucher and you are trying to schedule an appointment before the expiration date is due, please remember:
- Booking period expires with your voucher's expiration day, but your service day can be programmed after the expiration day. This includes appointment packages. In the event, you have a partially redeemed package and your booking period is expired, we will deduct the price of the appointments used and we will issue a new voucher with the balance to be used only for full price appointments.
- Your voucher will be used as a form of payment to book your appointment and will show as redeemed in your records.
- Groupon Packages: Please keep in mind that the packages need to be redeemed in full before the expiration date.
Last minute appointments CANNOT be rescheduled. As courtesy, we can create a new appointment for you for a fee, $25 an you need to send us an email or text message at least 24 hours before your original appointment time. If you miss your appointment NO re-booking or refunds will be issued. NO EXCEPTIONS
These policies are in place out of respect for our therapists and our clients. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are difficult to fill. By giving last minute notice or no notice at all, you prevent someone else from being able to schedule into that time slot.
