Look for the awning on the side of the building that says MindSpa as this is the entrance.

To use the scheduler ~ Please SCROLL DOWN to the type of session.

* Click on the category

* Then select the session you would like. ** Please note you will need to SCROLL DOWN to see the entire list

* Then select your date and time of your appointment and it will prompt you to input your information.

* You will receive reminder text and or email confirming your appointment and reminder of your appointment the day before or day of.

If you are a NEW CLIENT you can fill out the intake form ahead of time.

When you schedule your appointment, there will be a form attached with information for you to fill out. You do not have to print this out, only fill it out on line. This will save you time when you arrive for your appointment and will not run into your appointment time.

Or First time clients please arrive 10 -15 minutes early to fill out intake forms.
