Our biggest priority is the health and safety of our students and community. To accommodate everyone we will be offering both in-person and online appointments .
Our hours are 10am - 4pm (Monday - Friday).
Masks are recommended but not required in accordance to the University's change in policy.
When booking an appointment please take the time to fill out the following forms. Our appointments take 30 minutes, if you believe you may need more time than that please indicate that in the forms below.
