Once your appointment is booked, the email address entered in the first client email field will be the only email to receive the confirmation. Confirmation emails will be emailed to all attached email addresses after receipt (e.g. Additional Emails, Buyers Rep, etc.). If you have not received a confirmation email, please check your Spam folder in your email.
IS THE HOME VACANT OR OCCUPIED? This can be the most important first question. If occupied, please choose your inspection time tentatively and we will work with the current occupants to gain approval.
INSPECTION START TIME VS. CLIENT ARRIVAL/WALK-THRU TIME: The times you are selecting in the scheduler below will determine the start time of the inspection. We prefer our clients to arrive at the end of the inspection. You will be able to see how long each inspection is based on the square footage you choose. Please plan to arrive around the end of the inspection for your walk-thru! Each walk-thru takes approx 30 - 60 mins to complete. If you are unable to attend the post-inspection walk-thru, that is no problem. We will be sending you the inspection report within 24 hours of the inspection and are one phone call away from answering all of your questions!
If a WDIIR report (Wood Destroying Insect Inspection Report) is required in the real estate transaction, select 'Yes' when prompted. *All Termite Inspections are performed by Convenient Pest & Termite. Inspections are performed the same day as your Home Inspection (except Sundays), and your report and invoice are emailed out same day! *You are free to use any termite inspection company of your choosing.
