Focus & Relax
This short but potent get together is a chance for you to relax and focus. Take the mind which is spinning and the body which is tensing and help them both let go into a more natural state of openness and support.
Suggested Donation: $10-15.
This program will be led by Dan Cayer, who teaches an integration of the Alexander Technique and Buddhist meditation practices. You can participate in this sitting up, lying down, or whatever is comfortable for you. It's appropriate for those who are healthy or ill.
