Join a beginners health and fitness program to learn important strategies for sticking to a new program, what is best suited to you, how to build motivation and more!
We'll start on day one with a group goal setting session and then through weeks 2-4 we'll do various yoga and fitness classes at a level suited to beginners to help you decide what suits you best!
Cultivated Thoughts: A Course in Mindfulness
The one hour weekly session will explore mindfulness concepts and how to build more mindfuless into your everyday. We'll look at Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and how to use those tools to reduce your stress as well as Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy and how that might help chronic unhappiness and depression amongst other disorders.

Come to any or all of the classes available held at Nalanda Bodhi for the very affordable price of $49.99 per month. Even if you only come once a week, it's still a great deal.
Note: A 3 month commitment is required initially (paid monthly), after that 30 day notice is required for cancellation.
The 14 Day Cleanse
Start your cleanse right with a goal setting session to determine what you want to get out of it. Learn how to plan for your cleanse through small dietary changes, ensuring you have everything you need and cleaning out the cupboards of things you don’t necessarily want around during the cleanse.
From there, begin your 2 week elimination diet that will show you exactly what your body responds to best and where sensitivities might appear. Lastly, have a good look at what you should and should not have in your regular diet.
The cleanse will contain 2 hours of one on one coaching to help you stay on track.
Self Care Package
With the self care package you are truly looking after your body, mind and spirit. With 2 one hour Thai yoga massages, 4 life or health coaching sessions and 5 yoga classes (any of my classes at Nalanda Bhodi) you will feel relaxed, loose in muscles and joints as well as stronger, and know you are moving into your authenticity.
To achieve best results this package should be used within 2 months. Because of this it expires after 3 months so that you are encouraged to keep momentum up.
