Please note that to reduce face-to-face contact, we now require full payment to be made at the time of booking, either online or by phone.
If you have a gift voucher or package code, this is now required at the time of booking - gift voucher codes are found on the top right of the voucher, and package codes can be found in the order receipt email. If you need any help in locating these, please drop us an email at email@example.com.
We are also keeping face-to-face consultations to a minimum - if you feel you may require a more in-depth consultation before your visit, you can add a 10 minute phone consultation onto your appointment at the time of booking, for an additional £10. If this is selected, your therapist will give you a call at your scheduled appointment time, which will be followed 5 minutes later by your in-person treatment (so you will want to be close to the clinic during the call to ensure you get your full treatment time).
Please note that we require ALL clients (whether existing or new) to fill out a new online health history form prior to seeing us again. This includes updated questions regarding COVID-19, and is necessary to safeguard your safety as well as that of our therapists and other clients.
