Booking your session is easy...

Please put as much information as possible in the in-take form as this will ensure you get the most out of your appointment.
Then, flip through the calendar and select a day and time that works for you and..
Book the slot! Please note that VAT will be added to the price stated.

All times are in London time zone . You can use the time zone converter on this system to convert to your time zone.

Your appointment will be via telephone or Teams call-which is nicer as its always nice to put a face to the name.
