Booking your session is easy...

1. Select the type of appointment you wish to book (by scrolling to the bottom of this page)
2. Please put as much information as possible in the in-take form as this will ensure you get the most out of your appointment.
   
3. Then, flip through the calendar and select a day and time that works for you and..
4. Book the slot! Please note that VAT will be added to the price stated.

All times are in London time zone . You can use the time zone converter on this system to convert to your time zone.

Your appointment will be via telephone or Teams call-which is nicer as its always nice to put a face to the name.
