1. I acknowledge that all concepts, strategies, instructions (via video or LIVE coaching), and resource documents are Intellectual Property of Victorious Coaching and are not to be duplicated, altered, or shared without permission.

2. I understand that I have committed to paying the total investment due for this program, whether I complete the program or come to training and/or implementation calls.

3. I am responsible for my "success" in this program. Nicole Johnson (Victorious Coaching) is here to support you in creating your personalized financial plan but is not responsible for your financial decisions during or after this program.

4. I understand that refunds are not offered for private or group coaching programs.

5. I am solely responsible for my actions, choices and decisions.

6. I hereby release, waive, acquit and forever discharge, Nicole Johnson and Victorious Coaching, their agents, successors, assigns, personal representatives, executors, heirs and employees from every claim, suit, action, demand or right to compensation for damages I may claim to have or that I may have arising out of actions, omissions, or commissions taken by myself or by Nicole Johnson as a result of advice given by or otherwise resulting from the coaching relationship contemplated hereunder. I further declare and represent that no promise, inducement or agreement not herein expressed has been made to me to enter into this release. The release made pursuant to this paragraph shall bind my heirs, executors, personal representatives, successors, assigns and agents.
