A few quick notes:
You will not be able to see or change appointments after they are scheduled, unless you are logged in when you make them.
If you would like to come in sooner than you see availability, please feel free to email me and I will put you on the wait list and alert you to cancellations as I see them.
Cancellations: Please remember that my cancellation policy is no charge up until 24 hours before our session, half session fee until an hour before, and a charge for the full session fee with less than an hour of notice. If you are using insurance, please be advised that insurance will not pay cancellation fees and they will be the client's responsibility. Due to many late cancels around holidays, during the week of major holidays, my cancellation policy shifts to requiring a week of notice in order to avoid a session fee. Please feel free to ask me about my reasoning with any of this.
Emergency sessions via Skype or in person are by request and as I am able to fulfill them. If sessions are outside my normal hours they are charged at my full rate of $150 per hour.
