The First Hypnotherapy Session for new clients which runs for 90 minutes and will include a history of your presenting concern, background information on hypnosis, theory of conscious and subconscious mind, suggestibility testing, inductions, deepening techniques, post-hypnotic suggestions and immediate tools for self-improvement.

A 60 minute hypnotherapy session to assist with building confidence and self-esteem, removing limiting beliefs, releasing blocks, and personal and professional goal achievement.

A 60 minute session which uses the sound waves and frequencies of crystal bowls and other sacred instruments to help the body relax and the mind to enter a theta or dream state for deep healing and physical and emotional balance. Sound healing helps with stress and insomnia, lowers blood pressure and activates the body's natural healing systems. For 1-2 people.

A 6o minute distance Reiki treatment with hypnosis and guided visualization to help relax the body and clear the mind, and balance the physical, emotional and energetic levels, activating the body's natural healing system.

Past Life Journeys are a gentle form of hypnotherapy which allows the client to uncover and explore past lives in which they may have lived, in order to release fears and beliefs, unresolved emotions, and integrate lessons learned into this lifetime. Sessions are a min of 2 hours. To book, you must already have had a Hypnotherapy session with me.

This is a 2 hour session as part of a Smoking Cessation program. To purchase you must have already done at least one Hypnotherapy session with me.

A two hour guided cannabis assisted session. Age 21+. You will be asked to sign a waiver and participation agreement before participating in any event or journey that acknowledges that you have spoken with a medical doctor.
