PLEASE READ OUR POLICIES:

• 48 hour advance notice is required in order to cancel any service with no charge. If you cancel 24 hours before the appointment, a balance of 50% of your appointment will be charged to your credit card on file or be placed on your account. If you cancel within the 24 hours of your appointment time, a balance of 100% of your appointment will be charged to your credit card on file or be placed on your account. Accounts with balances will not be given new appointments until the balance is paid in full and new appointment is pre paid.
• All appointments have been designed to allow appropriate time for each service. Your late arrival will limit your session, and our ability to offer the fullest possible experience. Because of this, we recommend you come makeup free to your appointment. If you have makeup on, please come at least 10 minutes earlier. We have makeup remover and face wash in the bathroom for your use.
• You must have 50% of your extensions remaining to be considered for a fill service. If you do not have 50% of your extensions left, or if you’re over the 4 week mark from a previous appointment you must schedule a full set to maintain fullness. We will accommodate you and work until your infill time ends but we cannot guarantee the fullness of the original full set if you do not have at least 50% of your extensions remaining.
• We do not allow speakerphone conversations as this can interrupt the relaxation of other clients. Please be considerate of others. You can bring your headphones and listen to music, audiobooks, or podcasts during your service if you'd like

Please note that there is no exception to these rules and by scheduling any services, you are agreeing to these policies.
